Guangzhou Ousiluo Decoration Design Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 by designer Ms. Shen Dengke, with its headquarters in Guangzhou, the beautiful Flower City. With a registered capital of RMB 5 million, it is one of China’s earliest and most professional integrated soft furnishing companies.

Since its establishment, backed by outstanding design capabilities, the company has provided one-stop integrated soft furnishing design and implementation services for show flats and sales offices for leading real estate developers including Country Garden, Vanke, Overseas Chinese Town, Jianye and Sansheng.

Over more than a decade, our business has expanded to over 20 cities across China. We conduct in-depth research on target client positioning, pros and cons of unit layouts, and thematic cultural presentation, and express them in our works with sophisticated design techniques. Many real estate projects have achieved remarkable sales results thanks to our designs.

At present, our business covers three major segments. In addition to the traditional soft furnishing services for sales offices and show flats, the company stepped into cultural tourism real estate design in 2014. The integrated soft furnishing project of Henan Jianye Huayi Brothers Movie Town, completed in 2019, created a stir in the industry with its stunning soft furnishing effect and won the "Strive for Perfection" Excellent Supplier Award from Jianye Group.

We fully understand the differences between commercial and residential interior projects and excel at both. Drawing on our rich experience in real estate show flats, our residential design features the high aesthetic standard of traditional show flats, while prioritizing the practicality of all soft furnishing pieces, striking a proper balance between livability and visual appeal. We make your home life elegant and comfortable!

With an international vision, profound heritage of oriental culture, abundant hands-on project experience and a stable, high-quality product supply chain, the Ousiluo soft furnishing design team, driven by passion for the profession, leads the industry and keeps surpassing itself!
